On-Site Full Service Grooms – We very pleased to announce that we have developed a partnership with Tiffany of Ruffs and Tufts Pet Grooming. Tiffany has been working at Kaycee’s for quite some time and you have all grown to know and love her. If you are looking for a full groom (bath, nails, ears, and haircut) you can reach Tiffany to book an appointment at (519) 774-0917, or through email at email@example.com
Bath and Nails – We have a full grooming station dedicated to bath and nails only. This allows us the freedom to book additional appointments with our pet technicians when our groomer is busy, which in turn shortens wait times. We work by appointment and are fairly flexible. We also offer discounts for bath and nails booked during a stay here at Kaycee’s. Fun play is often messy play so this not only saves you money, but sends you home with a freshly bathed fur baby. In addition to the bath and nails, we also offer CO2 treatments for those pets that suffer from anything that is bothersome for their skin. This is a treatment that can be added to the rinsing process during your bath which will clean deeper and sooth any itching or redness brought on by allergies, yeast, dry skin, as well as many other irritants. Bath and nail appointments as well as CO2 treatments are booked directly through Kaycee’s Kritters

What is the Nagayu Co2 Treatment?
Originally developed in Japan, the Nagayu Skin Therapy System consists of a compressed tablet of carbon dioxide, hydrogen, and bicarbonate which is then inserted into a specialized shower head designed to deliver the treatment directly onto the pet’s skin.
How does it work?
The tablet is inserted into a specialized shower head designed to deliver the treatment directly onto the pet’s skin akin to a gentle massage. As the tablet dissolves, it generates millions of carbonic acid and hydrogen ions which the skin readily absorbs. Upon absorption the pet’s body synthesizes and releases nitric oxide into the inner lining of the blood vessels. This results in an increase of blood circulation and oxygen absorption throughout the body. Cells receive more nutrients and oxygen resulting in boosting metabolism and speeding up the healing process. This treatment also assists in maintaining proper pH levels in the blood and skin.
What are the benefits of the treatment?
Deep Cleaning and Odor Removing
The CO2 treatment has the ability to remove mineral waste in clogged pores which causes odor while preserving the natural moisture levels in your dog’s skin.
Medical Issues and Allergies
A dog’s skin is 1/3 the thickness of human skin. When the outer layer of the skin is damaged it can cause an imbalance in the skin’s pH levels resulting in scabs, yeast, and oil build-up. Using the CO2 treatment helps maintain the health and quality of your dog’s skins layers.
The effect of the bicarbonate ions , hydrogen ions, and citric acid wash off the mineral and silicon dirt clogged in the hair root. This results in a full, silky, and healthy coat.
